1. Every one is entitled to a secondary character for free as long as they make it before the first chunin exams take place. After that they must have a total post count of 100 to have one. This character can not be of the same rank as your primary character except for genin. Also they can not be from the same village as your original character.

SO yeah Various weapons on this site have various terms so I just want to make Clear what they are.

Poison - If the opponent is inflicted with this status in 15 posts they will be unable to fight. The poison slowly damages them over time and by the 15th post they will be in critical condition.

Stun - If the opponent is inflicted with this status for ONE post they will be unable to do ANY action save for just standing their and taking damage. This status requires Physical Contact of any sort so even if you block as long as they touch your body the status will be inflicted.

Blind - If the opponent is inflicted with this status for 3 posts their justu and attacks will have a higher chance of missing and are more easily dodged.

Explosive - This status means that once the technique/weapon is used it does additional explosive damage. It also this attack is harder to dodge than others

Penetrate - This status means that this technique/weapon pierces through defenses meaning THIS TECHNIQUE CAN NOT BE BLOCKED. This also means that it is able to drill through objects with ease to get to a target.

Pulse - This status means that this technique/weapon causes severe knockback when released or activated. Although the knockback itself causes no damage if the target is hit into an object of some sort they will receive damage.

Freeze - If the opponent is inflicted with this status for TWO posts they will be unable to do ANY actiont. This status requires Physical Contact of any sort so even if you block as long as they touch your body the status will be inflicted however if the opponent is hit again while inflicted with Freeze they will be able to do actions again.
