Description: This technique causes her clouds to permanently form into rings on her arms, ankles neck and waist. Inside of the clouds is an air pocket which causes extreme resistance holding back the user in both chakra and physical ability. Due to that the user is lowered to Samurai amounts of chakra and suffers from physical ability cripples. However this technique has the unique ability to literally stimulate the shinobi's ability to grow stronger and with each rank up 1 Tier is added to the users natural abilities in strength,speed and endurance. As well as in terms of chakra each rank up means a permanent +1 to the users Jutsu Limit. This technique is a one time uses up 6 clouds at all times. Also upon being released the user is freed from the physical ability penalties and their chakra restores to normal however they are no longer able to use this technique to increase their natural abilities. Basically its a test...to see how long the shinobi can afford to hold back. (2 Rank Ups Since placing them on)

Description: This jutsu turns one of the Gale Clouds into a ring with high velocity winds swirling inside of it which can not be destroyed as long as the user is alive as they simply reform with no chakra cost. This Gate works as an accelerator with each Gate being able to accelerate something by D-rank speed (Swift Release). Gates can be moved at will as can be chained for faster acceleration. 2 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Bullet release speed, 3 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Crashing Ground speed, 4 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Vacuum Release Speed, 5 Chained gates allow the user to reach Blinding Light Speed. These Gates have the ability to be moved at the same speed as the last object to pass through any of them so they can be moved faster the faster the objects pass through them. Gates can be enlarged and shrunk to fit as well as restrict things from passing through them as as long as the object which has been accelerated remains in motion they will keep moving at their accelerated speed. But once they stop moving they lose the speed and the process resets.

Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. This was made possible by the mixing of her hybrid DNA blending the Hakaigan with her other dojutsu upon its introduction into her body with the ES being the catalyst for the mutation's manifestation. It shares traits with all four dojutsu that make it up however it also takes away from them as well. For instance the Uzugan does not grant the user Annihilation release nor does it allow Reversion. The first ability stems from the ES and the Kurichagan it allows the user to see the flow of chakra inside animate as well as inanimate objects as well as "feel" air currents and genjutsu the latter of which they are able to reflect back to opponents albeit it not affecting the user thanks to their soulless heritage. Its second ability stems from the Hakaigan combined with the Shishigan which allows the user to analyze and copy any Water/Lightning/Storm (Dragon and Fire added upon gaining Tota) jutsu they see used against them in battle, even partially completed ones equal and below her rank capping out at S-rank techniques as long as they require chakra (Meaning she can't copy Void Tech, Demoniac Tech, Some Kinjutsu,Cloak Tech, Taijutsu,Kenjutsu, Ronin Tech and Nen Tech), in addition the copied jutsu can then be trained by the user after the topic is over however while in the topic it is just one use unless the opponent uses the technique again granting the user more opportunities to use the technique against them.The user can also produce additional sentient Personalities to maintain the heavy strain of the Uzugan's functions meaning even if they themselves didn't see the technique but their doppelgangers did they will be able to analyze and copy it for use against the opponent. The Third and final ability is completely unique to the Uzugan which gives rise to a separate branch of storms completely unique to Devin known as Heat storms. The Uzugan requires mastery of all four composite dojutsu in which it is gained automatically replacing all four when the eyes are activated but causing the user to lose access to its predecessors in the process. Description: This displacement technique is a lost art obtained from scrolls of the past that Devin found in her village. This technique allows one to cause a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth. The user then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any chakra sensing dojutsu users will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the now blinded opponent.

Description: This technique involves the use of a gale gate as an offensive weapon. While the users has been sped up to a certain speed tier they pass through a gate which they grab with their outstretched arm and tip it over the user then begins to run at the same speed as they have been accelerated by. The Gale gate gains an alternate form which resembles a bladed spiral while the user runs inside of it. It uses the speed as the source of its power allowing it to slice through things equal to the speed tier that the user is running. (For Example blinding light speed would allow it to slice through S-rank objects).

Description: This technique is the advanced variant of Gale Spiral which has been amplified by a Gale Vortex Cannon upon being released the Gale Spiral possesses a drastically altered appearance resembling a vertical hurricane made out of Gale blades. It like its predecessor draws strength in the speed of the object moving inside of it however it can launch out smaller razor sharp disc's of gale from the Typhoon which start out 3 ranks below the speed of the Gale Typhoon also being three ranks weaker in strength however they grow with distance being 3 rank below in point blank range, 2 ranks below in short range, 1 rank below in mid rank and equal in speed and strength in long range making them just as lethal as the original technique.

Description: This technique involves the fusion of three Gale Gates to make a much more powerful technique. Gale Vortex's can be used to target offensive jutsu B-rank and below instantly destroying them upon contact as well as can deal B-rank slicing damage to opponents/object who come within 5 feet of it unless allowed by the user of the technique. Gale Vortex's simply act as speed monitors when things pass through them simply registering the speed and being able to move at the same speed as the last thing that moved through any Gale vortex made by the user. This cloud has the ability to specifically target water and ice techniques which causes an attacks of equivalent rank to the clouds to separate on a molecular scale literally dividing them to hydrogen and oxygen. This technique is required for any of the Storm Release: Heat tech.

Description: This technique turns one of the Heat Clouds into a ring with intense heat being generated inside similar to how Gale Gates generate high velocity winds. However Heat gates act like an amplifier to techniques that generate heat energy (such as Fire, Blaze, Explosive, Plasma and Scorch) allowing it to amplify the technique that passed through by 1-rank damage wise while still keeping it at the same cost chakra wise capping out at S-rank. This means that the attack amplified can still be stopped by a technique with a superior element that is equal rank to it, or by a higher rank technique however if it does hit an opponent it will deal more damage than usual. Just like Gale Gates, Heat Gates can be chained for more amplification turning otherwise useless techniques into extremely dangerous ones by properly chaining between the two gates. Gates can be enlarged and shrunk to fit as well as restrict things from passing through them by dealing damage equivalent to the last technique that pass through any of them causing the substance in question to have intense burns as well as have all moisture drained from their body in much higher ranks.

Description: This technique involves the use of a heat gate as an defensive shield. While the users has been sped up to a certain speed tier they pass through a heat gate which they grab with their outstretched arms and and cause it to shatter as they continue to run at the same speed as they have been accelerated by. The Heat gate gains an alternate form which resembles a cloaked aura of heat which surrounds the user. It uses the speed as the source of its power allowing it to protect the user, via heat generation/siphoning, equal to the speed tier that the user is running. (For Example blinding light speed would allow it to siphon the heat completely out of an S-rank heat based technique or destroy an S-rank water/ice technique by separating it into hydrogen and oxygen).

Description: This technique is made possible by bonding a Gale Gate to a Heat Gate causing the high velocity winds of the Gale gate to be consumed by the heat generated by the Heat Gate to produce a spiral of heat which deals damage and moves at speeds completely depended on the last objects to pass through either of the composite as well as any Mercury gate. This means if an object moving at Blinding Light speed with SS-rank damage passed through a Gale,Heat or Mercury Gate, any of the Mercury gates on the field can generate a spiral of heat which moves at Blinding Light speed and deals SS-rank damage to opponents. Because the heat generated is in the invisible light spectrum this technique is not visible by the naked eye which makes it potentially devastating to opponents not prepared against it.

Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. Description: This technique is one of the few granted by the Uzugan which does not include Heat Storms. It was created by the originator of the Uzugan Devin Uchi as the task of Micromanaging each of her gates along a pathway is extremely tasking on the brain so she created a separate personality which was stationed inside her mind which primarily controlled each of the clouds generated by the user as well as Devin's Gates. Of course the user can regain control of a cloud/gate at will in order to adapt to various situations in battle but he/she is not primarily concerned with them. This personality shares vision with each of the user's doppelgangers allowing it to view each doppelgangers field of vision separately allowing them a highly complex sensing network which combined with the Uzugan's chakra seeing ability makes sneaking up on the user using concealing techniques nigh impossible. The Amount of clouds/gates the personality can control at once is equivalent to the amount of clouds the user can form and control with his/her Storm Release: Cloud ability.

This was made possible by the mixing of her hybrid DNA blending the Hakaigan with her other dojutsu upon its introduction into her body with the ES being the catalyst for the mutation's manifestation. It shares traits with all four dojutsu that make it up however it also takes away from them as well. For instance the Uzugan does not grant the user Annihilation release nor does it allow Reversion. However this technique has the unique ability to literally stimulate the shinobi's ability to grow stronger and with each rank up 1 Tier is added to the users natural abilities in strength,speed and endurance. As well as in terms of chakra each rank up means a permanent +1 to the users Jutsu Limit. This technique is a one time uses up 6 clouds at all times. Also upon being released the user is freed from the physical ability penalties and their chakra restores to normal however they are no longer able to use this technique to increase their natural abilities. It like its predecessor draws strength in the speed of the object moving inside of it however it can launch out smaller razor sharp disc's of gale from the Typhoon which start out 3 ranks below the speed of the Gale Typhoon also being three ranks weaker in strength however they grow with distance being 3 rank below in point blank range, 2 ranks below in short range, 1 rank below in mid rank and equal in speed and strength in long range making them just as lethal as the original technique.

Description: This is Devin's strongest Gale Cloud technique and is a combination of her parents signature techniques which they both invented themselves. The first use of this technique is for Devin to compact multiple Gale clouds (5) together and spin them rapidly while she makes handsigns and cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm all the way to her elbow. The clouds then converge upon one point while glowing with a red aura as her blood is poured into the technique dealing a fixed amount equal to A-rank damage. She then compresses the orb until its about the size of a marble and then releases it towards the enemy which causes it to rapidly expand at Vacuum release speeds leveling an area of a 20 feet with an A-rank Gale Storm. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to S-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 40 feet with SS-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 50 feet with SSS-rank damage leaving a massive hole inside of the area as the wind speed literally shred through everything in their path. This technique can be used once during Academy-Genin which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used Once through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it allowing her to still fight. Jonin rank it can be used twice however the second use will cause her to slip into a two-day coma (No posting OOC either.) and finally as a Sannin she can use it twice with her body only becoming strained due to it.

However Heat gates act like an amplifier to techniques that generate heat energy (such as Fire, Blaze, Explosive, Plasma and Scorch) allowing it to amplify the technique that passed through by 1-rank damage wise while still keeping it at the same cost chakra wise capping out at S-rank. This means that the attack amplified can still be stopped by a technique with a superior element that is equal rank to it, or by a higher rank technique however if it does hit an opponent it will deal more damage than usual. Just like Gale Gates, Heat Gates can be chained for more amplification turning otherwise useless techniques into extremely dangerous ones by properly chaining between the two gates. Gates can be enlarged and shrunk to fit as well as restrict things from passing through them by dealing damage equivalent to the last technique that pass through any of them causing the substance in question to have intense burns as well as have all moisture drained from their body in much higher ranks.

Description: This technique involves the use of a heat gate as an defensive shield. While the users has been sped up to a certain speed tier they pass through a heat gate which they grab with their outstretched arms and and cause it to shatter as they continue to run at the same speed as they have been accelerated by. The Heat gate gains an alternate form which resembles a cloaked aura of heat which surrounds the user. It uses the speed as the source of its power allowing it to protect the user, via heat generation/siphoning, equal to the speed tier that the user is running. (For Example blinding light speed would allow it to siphon the heat completely out of an S-rank heat based technique or destroy an S-rank water/ice technique by separating it into hydrogen and oxygen).

Description: This is Devin's longest ranged Heat Cloud technique which she had developed from basing it on another technique that she has been developing for a while. In order to use this technique Devin rapidly spins multiple Heat Clouds (10) around her body while she makes hand signs and upon completing them cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm to her elbow the clouds then create a cocoon of heat all around her body as she then strikes the ground has she donates a portion of her blood to the technique dealing a fixed amount of B-rank damage. She then releases a pulse into the ground as the ground within 15 feet of her erupts with a surge of heat which extends high into the sky which thanks to heat rising will continue to affect things up to 100 feet above her with the B-rank damage from the intense heat. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Heat Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to A-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 60 feet with S-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 90 feet with SS-rank damage leaving a multiple holes inside of the area thus allowing an easier access of things below the ground such as lava (lowers lava tech chakra cost by 1). This technique can be used twice during Academy-Genin, the second use which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used three times through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it the third time allowing her to still fight. Jonin rank it can be used four times however the third use will cause her to slip into a two-day IR coma (No training can post in OOC topics.) and finally as a Sannin she can use it four times with her body only becoming strained due to it.

These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers nor accelerators, instead they are activators which are best used to modify techniques in battle. By passing through a gate physical objects can be altered in durability with each gate being able to boost an object's durability by D-rank levels. Gates can be moved at will as can be chained for better modification. 2 Chained Gates allow the object to gain Monk Way if animate or be boosted to C-rank durability if inanimate, 3 Chained Gates allow the object to to gain Indomitable Will if animate or be boosted to B-rank durability if inanimate, 4 Chained Gates allow the object to to gain Unbreakable Spirit if animate or be boosted to A-rank durability if inanimate, 5 Chained gates allow the user to to gain Immortal Way if animate or be boosted to S-rank durability if inanimate. These Gates have the ability to be gain the resiliency as the last object to pass through any of them so they sustain more damage the more durable the objects pass through them. As long as the Geomagnetic Gates are not destroyed/shifted into another type of cloud other than one of the Geomagnetic Cloud forms, the object which has been modified will retain its durability. But once even one is destroyed or altered the object will lose all of the durability gained and the process will be reset.

Description: This jutsu turns one of the Rain Clouds into a flowing ring as similar to how Gale Gates are made up of high velocity wind, Rain gates are made up of rapid moving precipitation. These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers,accelerators or activators, instead they are assimilators which are best used to manipulate the chakra in techniques. By passing through a gate chakra techniques can be altered in power with each gate being able to drain chakra from a chakra based technique by D-rank levels. Gates can be moved at will, altered in size, as well as be chained for better modification. Each time a D-rank amount of chakra is gathered it is able to be either used for the production of another Rain Gate which is made possible by the two rain gates splitting in half which absorbs a D-rank amount of chakra or it can be transferred to any one of the other Rain Gates for better use in future techniques. The technique is simply the Rain Gate explodes dealing the amount of damage over a predefined range with more chakra leading to more power while more gates equaling more range. C-rank amount of chakra deal C-rank damage over a distance of 5 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. B-rank amount of chakra deal B-rank damage over a distance of 10 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. Because the heat generated is in the invisible light spectrum this technique is not visible by the naked eye which makes it potentially devastating to opponents not prepared against it.

This means if a heat based S-rank chakra based technique passed through a Rain,Heat or Venus Gate, any of the Venus gates on the field can generate a beam of super heated precipitation which deals S-rank damage and can absorb a C-rank amount chakra from chakra based techniques. Because of the added effect of the precipitation this technique can be used to completely turn around battles albeit the chakra stolen from the techniques only being able to be used to create more Venus gates at the cost of a C-rank amount of chakra.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

Description: The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species.The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be.

Name: Maelstrom Management Classification: Dojutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: D-S Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: This technique is one of the few granted by the Uzugan which does not include Heat Storms. It was created by the originator of the Uzugan Devin Uchi as the task of Micromanaging each of her gates along a pathway is extremely tasking on the brain so she created a separate personality which was stationed inside her mind which primarily controlled each of the clouds generated by the user as well as Devin's Gates. Of course the user can regain control of a cloud/gate at will in order to adapt to various situations in battle but he/she is not primarily concerned with them. This personality shares vision with each of the user's doppelgangers allowing it to view each doppelgangers field of vision separately allowing them a highly complex sensing network which combined with the Uzugan's chakra seeing ability makes sneaking up on the user using concealing techniques nigh impossible. The Amount of clouds/gates the personality can control at once is equivalent to the amount of clouds the user can form and control with his/her Storm Release: Cloud ability.
Name: Maelstrom Clone Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank (Damage Rank Varies with Initial cloud used to form it) Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: This technique was created simply because the originator of the Uzugan knew that not all of her descendants would be of Soulless background and she didn't want numerous functions of the Uzugan to become useless. This unique clone is very resilient and uses the chakra pool of the user as its sustenance to fuel techniques used by it. In addition each clone possesses the Uzugan allowing them to fill in the places of Doppelgangers albeit not having the elemental versatility of their predecessors. They do however have a much higher sensing ability and each one can track and locate something of D-rank speeds. The more of them in use the more potent the sensing ability becomes capping out at being able to track and locate speeds up to Echoing Flash when the max total of 7 are on the field at once. Maelstrom clones can be formed from any type of cloud and upon being destroyed (by an attack higher than the rank of the cloud used to form them) they explode dealing damage equal to the cloud used to form them. This unique method of forming makes them extremely durable in later ranks as an Arashi Clan members clouds rank with them in strength with a sannin level user having Maelstrom Clones which would only be destroyed by damage higher than an S-rank.
Name: Maelstrom Infect Classification: Kinjutsu/Genjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: This is a forbidden technique which targets fellow dojutsu users at the price of causing the user's eyes to start crying tears of blood. Since the Uzugan was created from the hybridization of dojutsu one can project the Uzugan directly onto others by means of eye contact "infecting" their dojutsu with the rapid gene mutation that formed it. Once infected the Uzugan that the opponent receives shuts down immediately causing blindness via a powerful B-rank genjutsu which can only be broken out of by injuring the user of this technique to break their focus or if the opponent is of a high enough rank to break out of B-rank genjutsu with ease. Once the genjutsu is broken the opponent will be able to use the Uzugan albeit on a limited scale in addition to their original dojutsu eye techniques. However the user's personality will be able to see out of their opponents eyes allowing it to easily scope out the opponents blind spots as well as trigger more powerful techniques. This technique is forbidden because with repeated use the user's eye will go permanently blind. Each rank has a specific limit to the amount of times in the user's lifetime this can be used before the next use renders the eyes blind: At Academy Student rank this technique can be used once in the user's lifetime. At Genin rank this technique can be used twice in the user's lifetime. At Chunin/Tobetsu Jonin rank this technique can be used three times in the user's life. At Jonin/Hunter Nin rank this technique can be used four times in the user's life. At Sannin/Medical Nin/Kage rank this technique can be used five times in the user's life.

This was made possible by the mixing of her hybrid DNA blending the Hakaigan with her other dojutsu upon its introduction into her body with the ES being the catalyst for the mutation's manifestation. It shares traits with all four dojutsu that make it up however it also takes away from them as well. For instance the Uzugan does not grant the user Annihilation release nor does it allow Reversion. The Third and final ability is completely unique to the Uzugan which gives rise to a separate branch of storms completely unique to Devin known as Heat storms. Description: This is Devin's strongest Gale Cloud technique and is a combination of her parents signature techniques which they both invented themselves. The first use of this technique is for Devin to compact multiple Gale clouds (5) together and spin them rapidly while she makes handsigns and cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm all the way to her elbow. The clouds then converge upon one point while glowing with a red aura as her blood is poured into the technique dealing a fixed amount equal to A-rank damage. She then compresses the orb until its about the size of a marble and then releases it towards the enemy which causes it to rapidly expand at Vacuum release speeds leveling an area of a 20 feet with an A-rank Gale Storm. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to S-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 40 feet with SS-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 50 feet with SSS-rank damage leaving a massive hole inside of the area as the wind speed literally shred through everything in their path. This technique can be used once during Academy-Genin which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used Once through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it allowing her to still fight. Description: This technique turns one of the Heat Clouds into a ring with intense heat being generated inside similar to how Gale Gates generate high velocity winds. However Heat gates act like an amplifier to techniques that generate heat energy (such as Fire, Blaze, Explosive, Plasma and Scorch) allowing it to amplify the technique that passed through by 1-rank damage wise while still keeping it at the same cost chakra wise capping out at S-rank. This means that the attack amplified can still be stopped by a technique with a superior element that is equal rank to it, or by a higher rank technique however if it does hit an opponent it will deal more damage than usual. Just like Gale Gates, Heat Gates can be chained for more amplification turning otherwise useless techniques into extremely dangerous ones by properly chaining between the two gates. In order to use this technique Devin rapidly spins multiple Heat Clouds (10) around her body while she makes hand signs and upon completing them cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm to her elbow the clouds then create a cocoon of heat all around her body as she then strikes the ground has she donates a portion of her blood to the technique dealing a fixed amount of B-rank damage. She then releases a pulse into the ground as the ground within 15 feet of her erupts with a surge of heat which extends high into the sky which thanks to heat rising will continue to affect things up to 100 feet above her with the B-rank damage from the intense heat. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Heat Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to A-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 60 feet with S-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 90 feet with SS-rank damage leaving a multiple holes inside of the area thus allowing an easier access of things below the ground such as lava (lowers lava tech chakra cost by 1). This technique can be used twice during Academy-Genin, the second use which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used three times through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it the third time allowing her to still fight. By passing through a gate chakra techniques can be altered in power with each gate being able to drain chakra from a chakra based technique by D-rank levels. The technique is simply the Rain Gate explodes dealing the amount of damage over a predefined range with more chakra leading to more power while more gates equaling more range. C-rank amount of chakra deal C-rank damage over a distance of 5 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. B-rank amount of chakra deal B-rank damage over a distance of 10 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. This means if a heat based S-rank chakra based technique passed through a Rain,Heat or Venus Gate, any of the Venus gates on the field can generate a beam of super heated precipitation which deals S-rank damage and can absorb a C-rank amount chakra from chakra based techniques. Because of the added effect of the precipitation this technique can be used to completely turn around battles albeit the chakra stolen from the techniques only being able to be used to create more Venus gates at the cost of a C-rank amount of chakra.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be.

Description: This technique is one of the few granted by the Uzugan which does not include Heat Storms. It was created by the originator of the Uzugan Devin Uchi as the task of Micromanaging each of her gates along a pathway is extremely tasking on the brain so she created a separate personality which was stationed inside her mind which primarily controlled each of the clouds generated by the user as well as Devin's Gates. Of course the user can regain control of a cloud/gate at will in order to adapt to various situations in battle but he/she is not primarily concerned with them. This personality shares vision with each of the user's doppelgangers allowing it to view each doppelgangers field of vision separately allowing them a highly complex sensing network which combined with the Uzugan's chakra seeing ability makes sneaking up on the user using concealing techniques nigh impossible. The Amount of clouds/gates the personality can control at once is equivalent to the amount of clouds the user can form and control with his/her Storm Release: Cloud ability.

Description: This technique was created simply because the originator of the Uzugan knew that not all of her descendants would be of Soulless background and she didn't want numerous functions of the Uzugan to become useless. This unique clone is very resilient and uses the chakra pool of the user as its sustenance to fuel techniques used by it. In addition each clone possesses the Uzugan allowing them to fill in the places of Doppelgangers albeit not having the elemental versatility of their predecessors. They do however have a much higher sensing ability and each one can track and locate something of D-rank speeds. The more of them in use the more potent the sensing ability becomes capping out at being able to track and locate speeds up to Echoing Flash when the max total of 7 are on the field at once. Maelstrom clones can be formed from any type of cloud and upon being destroyed (by an attack higher than the rank of the cloud used to form them) they explode dealing damage equal to the cloud used to form them. This unique method of forming makes them extremely durable in later ranks as an Arashi Clan members clouds rank with them in strength with a sannin level user having Maelstrom Clones which would only be destroyed by damage higher than an S-rank.

Description: This is a forbidden technique which targets fellow dojutsu users at the price of causing the user's eyes to start crying tears of blood. Since the Uzugan was created from the hybridization of dojutsu one can project the Uzugan directly onto others by means of eye contact "infecting" their dojutsu with the rapid gene mutation that formed it. Once infected the Uzugan that the opponent receives shuts down immediately causing blindness via a powerful B-rank genjutsu which can only be broken out of by injuring the user of this technique to break their focus or if the opponent is of a high enough rank to break out of B-rank genjutsu with ease. Once the genjutsu is broken the opponent will be able to use the Uzugan albeit on a limited scale in addition to their original dojutsu eye techniques. However the user's personality will be able to see out of their opponents eyes allowing it to easily scope out the opponents blind spots as well as trigger more powerful techniques. This technique is forbidden because with repeated use the user's eye will go permanently blind. Each rank has a specific limit to the amount of times in the user's lifetime this can be used before the next use renders the eyes blind: At Academy Student rank this technique can be used once in the user's lifetime. At Genin rank this technique can be used twice in the user's lifetime. At Chunin/Tobetsu Jonin rank this technique can be used three times in the user's life. At Jonin/Hunter Nin rank this technique can be used four times in the user's life. At Sannin/Medical Nin/Kage rank this technique can be used five times in the user's life.

Description: This technique causes her clouds to permanently form into rings on her arms, ankles neck and waist. Inside of the clouds is an air pocket which causes extreme resistance holding back the user in both chakra and physical ability. Due to that the user is lowered to Samurai amounts of chakra and suffers from physical ability cripples. However this technique has the unique ability to literally stimulate the shinobi's ability to grow stronger and with each rank up 1 Tier is added to the users natural abilities in strength,speed and endurance. As well as in terms of chakra each rank up means a permanent +1 to the users Jutsu Limit. This technique is a one time uses up 6 clouds at all times. Also upon being released the user is freed from the physical ability penalties and their chakra restores to normal however they are no longer able to use this technique to increase their natural abilities. Description: This jutsu turns one of the Gale Clouds into a ring with high velocity winds swirling inside of it which can not be destroyed as long as the user is alive as they simply reform with no chakra cost. This Gate works as an accelerator with each Gate being able to accelerate something by D-rank speed (Swift Release). Gates can be moved at will as can be chained for faster acceleration. 2 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Bullet release speed, 3 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Crashing Ground speed, 4 Chained Gates allow the object to reach Vacuum Release Speed, 5 Chained gates allow the user to reach Blinding Light Speed. It like its predecessor draws strength in the speed of the object moving inside of it however it can launch out smaller razor sharp disc's of gale from the Typhoon which start out 3 ranks below the speed of the Gale Typhoon also being three ranks weaker in strength however they grow with distance being 3 rank below in point blank range, 2 ranks below in short range, 1 rank below in mid rank and equal in speed and strength in long range making them just as lethal as the original technique.

Description: This is Devin's strongest Gale Cloud technique and is a combination of her parents signature techniques which they both invented themselves. The first use of this technique is for Devin to compact multiple Gale clouds (5) together and spin them rapidly while she makes handsigns and cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm all the way to her elbow. The clouds then converge upon one point while glowing with a red aura as her blood is poured into the technique dealing a fixed amount equal to A-rank damage. She then compresses the orb until its about the size of a marble and then releases it towards the enemy which causes it to rapidly expand at Vacuum release speeds leveling an area of a 20 feet with an A-rank Gale Storm. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to S-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 40 feet with SS-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 50 feet with SSS-rank damage leaving a massive hole inside of the area as the wind speed literally shred through everything in their path. This technique can be used once during Academy-Genin which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used Once through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it allowing her to still fight. Jonin rank it can be used twice however the second use will cause her to slip into a two-day coma (No posting OOC either.) and finally as a Sannin she can use it twice with her body only becoming strained due to it.

Heat clouds are unable to be seen with the naked eye only noticeable by the sense of touch due to the vast amount of heat each cloud produces. This cloud has the ability to specifically target water and ice techniques which causes an attacks of equivalent rank to the clouds to separate on a molecular scale literally dividing them to hydrogen and oxygen. This technique is required for any of the Storm Release: Heat tech.

Description: This technique turns one of the Heat Clouds into a ring with intense heat being generated inside similar to how Gale Gates generate high velocity winds. However Heat gates act like an amplifier to techniques that generate heat energy (such as Fire, Blaze, Explosive, Plasma and Scorch) allowing it to amplify the technique that passed through by 1-rank damage wise while still keeping it at the same cost chakra wise capping out at S-rank. This means that the attack amplified can still be stopped by a technique with a superior element that is equal rank to it, or by a higher rank technique however if it does hit an opponent it will deal more damage than usual. Just like Gale Gates, Heat Gates can be chained for more amplification turning otherwise useless techniques into extremely dangerous ones by properly chaining between the two gates. Gates can be enlarged and shrunk to fit as well as restrict things from passing through them by dealing damage equivalent to the last technique that pass through any of them causing the substance in question to have intense burns as well as have all moisture drained from their body in much higher ranks.

Description: This technique involves the use of a heat gate as an defensive shield. While the users has been sped up to a certain speed tier they pass through a heat gate which they grab with their outstretched arms and and cause it to shatter as they continue to run at the same speed as they have been accelerated by. The Heat gate gains an alternate form which resembles a cloaked aura of heat which surrounds the user. It uses the speed as the source of its power allowing it to protect the user, via heat generation/siphoning, equal to the speed tier that the user is running. (For Example blinding light speed would allow it to siphon the heat completely out of an S-rank heat based technique or destroy an S-rank water/ice technique by separating it into hydrogen and oxygen).

Description: This is Devin's longest ranged Heat Cloud technique which she had developed from basing it on another technique that she has been developing for a while. In order to use this technique Devin rapidly spins multiple Heat Clouds (10) around her body while she makes hand signs and upon completing them cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm to her elbow the clouds then create a cocoon of heat all around her body as she then strikes the ground has she donates a portion of her blood to the technique dealing a fixed amount of B-rank damage. She then releases a pulse into the ground as the ground within 15 feet of her erupts with a surge of heat which extends high into the sky which thanks to heat rising will continue to affect things up to 100 feet above her with the B-rank damage from the intense heat. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Heat Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to A-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 60 feet with S-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 90 feet with SS-rank damage leaving a multiple holes inside of the area thus allowing an easier access of things below the ground such as lava (lowers lava tech chakra cost by 1). This technique can be used twice during Academy-Genin, the second use which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used three times through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it the third time allowing her to still fight. Jonin rank it can be used four times however the third use will cause her to slip into a two-day IR coma (No training can post in OOC topics.) and finally as a Sannin she can use it four times with her body only becoming strained due to it.

Description: This technique turns one of the Geomagnetic Clouds into a grey ring with intense geomagnetic forces being generated similar to how Gale gates generate intense winds. These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers nor accelerators, instead they are activators which are best used to modify techniques in battle. By passing through a gate physical objects can be altered in durability with each gate being able to boost an object's durability by D-rank levels. Gates can be moved at will as can be chained for better modification. 2 Chained Gates allow the object to gain Monk Way if animate or be boosted to C-rank durability if inanimate, 3 Chained Gates allow the object to to gain Indomitable Will if animate or be boosted to B-rank durability if inanimate, 4 Chained Gates allow the object to to gain Unbreakable Spirit if animate or be boosted to A-rank durability if inanimate, 5 Chained gates allow the user to to gain Immortal Way if animate or be boosted to S-rank durability if inanimate. These Gates have the ability to be gain the resiliency as the last object to pass through any of them so they sustain more damage the more durable the objects pass through them. As long as the Geomagnetic Gates are not destroyed/shifted into another type of cloud other than one of the Geomagnetic Cloud forms, the object which has been modified will retain its durability. But once even one is destroyed or altered the object will lose all of the durability gained and the process will be reset.

Description: This jutsu turns one of the Rain Clouds into a flowing ring as similar to how Gale Gates are made up of high velocity wind, Rain gates are made up of rapid moving precipitation. These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers,accelerators or activators, instead they are assimilators which are best used to manipulate the chakra in techniques. By passing through a gate chakra techniques can be altered in power with each gate being able to drain chakra from a chakra based technique by D-rank levels. Gates can be moved at will, altered in size, as well as be chained for better modification. Each time a D-rank amount of chakra is gathered it is able to be either used for the production of another Rain Gate which is made possible by the two rain gates splitting in half which absorbs a D-rank amount of chakra or it can be transferred to any one of the other Rain Gates for better use in future techniques. Rain bursts can be triggered with a C-rank or above amount of chakra being stored within a single or multiple Rain Gates. The technique is simply the Rain Gate explodes dealing the amount of damage over a predefined range with more chakra leading to more power while more gates equaling more range. C-rank amount of chakra deal C-rank damage over a distance of 5 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. B-rank amount of chakra deal B-rank damage over a distance of 10 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. This means if a heat based S-rank chakra based technique passed through a Rain,Heat or Venus Gate, any of the Venus gates on the field can generate a beam of super heated precipitation which deals S-rank damage and can absorb a C-rank amount chakra from chakra based techniques. Because of the added effect of the precipitation this technique can be used to completely turn around battles albeit the chakra stolen from the techniques only being able to be used to create more Venus gates at the cost of a C-rank amount of chakra.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

Description: The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species.The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be.
Maelstrom Jutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Maelstrom Management Classification: Dojutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: D-S Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: This technique is one of the few granted by the Uzugan which does not include Heat Storms. It was created by the originator of the Uzugan Devin Uchi as the task of Micromanaging each of her gates along a pathway is extremely tasking on the brain so she created a separate personality which was stationed inside her mind which primarily controlled each of the clouds generated by the user as well as Devin's Gates. Of course the user can regain control of a cloud/gate at will in order to adapt to various situations in battle but he/she is not primarily concerned with them. This personality shares vision with each of the user's doppelgangers allowing it to view each doppelgangers field of vision separately allowing them a highly complex sensing network which combined with the Uzugan's chakra seeing ability makes sneaking up on the user using concealing techniques nigh impossible. The Amount of clouds/gates the personality can control at once is equivalent to the amount of clouds the user can form and control with his/her Storm Release: Cloud ability.
Name: Maelstrom Clone Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank (Damage Rank Varies with Initial cloud used to form it) Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: This technique was created simply because the originator of the Uzugan knew that not all of her descendants would be of Soulless background and she didn't want numerous functions of the Uzugan to become useless. This unique clone is very resilient and uses the chakra pool of the user as its sustenance to fuel techniques used by it. In addition each clone possesses the Uzugan allowing them to fill in the places of Doppelgangers albeit not having the elemental versatility of their predecessors. They do however have a much higher sensing ability and each one can track and locate something of D-rank speeds. The more of them in use the more potent the sensing ability becomes capping out at being able to track and locate speeds up to Echoing Flash when the max total of 7 are on the field at once. Maelstrom clones can be formed from any type of cloud and upon being destroyed (by an attack higher than the rank of the cloud used to form them) they explode dealing damage equal to the cloud used to form them. This unique method of forming makes them extremely durable in later ranks as an Arashi Clan members clouds rank with them in strength with a sannin level user having Maelstrom Clones which would only be destroyed by damage higher than an S-rank.
Name: Maelstrom Infect Classification: Kinjutsu/Genjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: This is a forbidden technique which targets fellow dojutsu users at the price of causing the user's eyes to start crying tears of blood. Since the Uzugan was created from the hybridization of dojutsu one can project the Uzugan directly onto others by means of eye contact "infecting" their dojutsu with the rapid gene mutation that formed it. Once infected the Uzugan that the opponent receives shuts down immediately causing blindness via a powerful B-rank genjutsu which can only be broken out of by injuring the user of this technique to break their focus or if the opponent is of a high enough rank to break out of B-rank genjutsu with ease. Once the genjutsu is broken the opponent will be able to use the Uzugan albeit on a limited scale in addition to their original dojutsu eye techniques. However the user's personality will be able to see out of their opponents eyes allowing it to easily scope out the opponents blind spots as well as trigger more powerful techniques. This technique is forbidden because with repeated use the user's eye will go permanently blind. Each rank has a specific limit to the amount of times in the user's lifetime this can be used before the next use renders the eyes blind: At Academy Student rank this technique can be used once in the user's lifetime. At Genin rank this technique can be used twice in the user's lifetime. At Chunin/Tobetsu Jonin rank this technique can be used three times in the user's life. At Jonin/Hunter Nin rank this technique can be used four times in the user's life. At Sannin/Medical Nin/Kage rank this technique can be used five times in the user's life.

This was made possible by the mixing of her hybrid DNA blending the Hakaigan with her other dojutsu upon its introduction into her body with the ES being the catalyst for the mutation's manifestation. It shares traits with all four dojutsu that make it up however it also takes away from them as well. For instance the Uzugan does not grant the user Annihilation release nor does it allow Reversion. The first ability stems from the ES and the Kurichagan it allows the user to see the flow of chakra inside animate as well as inanimate objects as well as "feel" air currents and genjutsu the latter of which they are able to reflect back to opponents albeit it not affecting the user thanks to their soulless heritage. Its second ability stems from the Hakaigan combined with the Shishigan which allows the user to analyze and copy any Water/Lightning/Storm (Dragon and Fire added upon gaining Tota) jutsu they see used against them in battle, even partially completed ones equal and below her rank capping out at S-rank techniques as long as they require chakra (Meaning she can't copy Void Tech, Demoniac Tech, Some Kinjutsu,Cloak Tech, Taijutsu,Kenjutsu, Ronin Tech and Nen Tech), in addition the copied jutsu can then be trained by the user after the topic is over however while in the topic it is just one use unless the opponent uses the technique again granting the user more opportunities to use the technique against them.The user can also produce additional sentient Personalities to maintain the heavy strain of the Uzugan's functions meaning even if they themselves didn't see the technique but their doppelgangers did they will be able to analyze and copy it for use against the opponent. The Third and final ability is completely unique to the Uzugan which gives rise to a separate branch of storms completely unique to Devin known as Heat storms. Description: This is Devin's strongest Gale Cloud technique and is a combination of her parents signature techniques which they both invented themselves. The first use of this technique is for Devin to compact multiple Gale clouds (5) together and spin them rapidly while she makes handsigns and cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm all the way to her elbow. The clouds then converge upon one point while glowing with a red aura as her blood is poured into the technique dealing a fixed amount equal to A-rank damage. She then compresses the orb until its about the size of a marble and then releases it towards the enemy which causes it to rapidly expand at Vacuum release speeds leveling an area of a 20 feet with an A-rank Gale Storm. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to S-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 40 feet with SS-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 50 feet with SSS-rank damage leaving a massive hole inside of the area as the wind speed literally shred through everything in their path. This technique can be used once during Academy-Genin which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used Once through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it allowing her to still fight. However Heat gates act like an amplifier to techniques that generate heat energy (such as Fire, Blaze, Explosive, Plasma and Scorch) allowing it to amplify the technique that passed through by 1-rank damage wise while still keeping it at the same cost chakra wise capping out at S-rank. This means that the attack amplified can still be stopped by a technique with a superior element that is equal rank to it, or by a higher rank technique however if it does hit an opponent it will deal more damage than usual. Just like Gale Gates, Heat Gates can be chained for more amplification turning otherwise useless techniques into extremely dangerous ones by properly chaining between the two gates. In order to use this technique Devin rapidly spins multiple Heat Clouds (10) around her body while she makes hand signs and upon completing them cuts her arm with a kunai from her palm to her elbow the clouds then create a cocoon of heat all around her body as she then strikes the ground has she donates a portion of her blood to the technique dealing a fixed amount of B-rank damage. She then releases a pulse into the ground as the ground within 15 feet of her erupts with a surge of heat which extends high into the sky which thanks to heat rising will continue to affect things up to 100 feet above her with the B-rank damage from the intense heat. However she can instead opt a different method in which she "charges the attack" by fueling it with more Clouds its strength becoming even more devastating depending on the amount fed to it.With 15 Heat Clouds total its range increases to 30 feet and its power increases to A-rank levels With 30 Clouds its range increases to 60 feet with S-rank damage and with 50 Clouds total it increases to 90 feet with SS-rank damage leaving a multiple holes inside of the area thus allowing an easier access of things below the ground such as lava (lowers lava tech chakra cost by 1). This technique can be used twice during Academy-Genin, the second use which will cause her to instantly pass out upon its use. It can be used three times through Chunin rank but she will only be weakened from using it the third time allowing her to still fight. These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers nor accelerators, instead they are activators which are best used to modify techniques in battle. By passing through a gate physical objects can be altered in durability with each gate being able to boost an object's durability by D-rank levels. These gates are unique as they don't act like amplifiers,accelerators or activators, instead they are assimilators which are best used to manipulate the chakra in techniques. By passing through a gate chakra techniques can be altered in power with each gate being able to drain chakra from a chakra based technique by D-rank levels. Gates can be moved at will, altered in size, as well as be chained for better modification. Each time a D-rank amount of chakra is gathered it is able to be either used for the production of another Rain Gate which is made possible by the two rain gates splitting in half which absorbs a D-rank amount of chakra or it can be transferred to any one of the other Rain Gates for better use in future techniques. Rain Gates like the other gates can be chained for better assimilation with 2 Chained Gates stealing a total of a C-rank amount of chakra from a chakra based technique, 3 Chained Gates stealing a total of a B-rank amount of chakra from a chakra based technique, 4 Chained Gates stealing a total of an A-rank amount of chakra from a chakra based technique, 5 Chained Gates stealing a total of an S-rank amount of chakra from a chakra based technique, 6 Chained Gates stealing a total of an SS-rank amount of chakra from a chakra based technique and 7 Chained Gates stealing a total of an SSS-rank amount of chakra form a chakra based technique. The chakra stolen is not able to be directly harnessed by the user rather it works for better usage of the Rain Gate line. Description: Rain gates have a hidden albeit powerful second use as they can be used in the complete opposite of the normal way allowing them to increase the power of techniques by adding on the chakra stolen from other techniques onto the technique that passes through them. This works in a combination technique type form with a C-rank amount of chakra boosting a C-rank technique to B-rank strength, a B-rank amount of chakra boosting a B-rank technique to A-rank strength, an A-rank amount of chakra boosting an A-rank technique to S-rank strength, a S-rank amount of chakra boosting an S-rank technique to SS-rank strength and an SS-rank amount of chakra boosting a SS-rank technique to SSS-rank strength. Description: This technique is another application of the Rain Gates however is triggered by the over saturation of chakra within one of the Gates allowing it to release a burst of chakra in order to lessen the load. Rain bursts can be triggered with a C-rank or above amount of chakra being stored within a single or multiple Rain Gates. The technique is simply the Rain Gate explodes dealing the amount of damage over a predefined range with more chakra leading to more power while more gates equaling more range. C-rank amount of chakra deal C-rank damage over a distance of 5 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. B-rank amount of chakra deal B-rank damage over a distance of 10 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. A-rank amount of chakra deal A-rank damage over a distance of 15 feet around the gate and can be chained with other gates which increases the range by multiplying the amount of gates by the original distance. Description: This technique is made possible by bonding a Gale Gate to a Heat Gate causing the high velocity winds of the Gale gate to be consumed by the heat generated by the Heat Gate to produce a spiral of heat which deals damage and moves at speeds completely depended on the last objects to pass through either of the composite as well as any Mercury gate. This means if an object moving at Blinding Light speed with SS-rank damage passed through a Gale,Heat or Mercury Gate, any of the Mercury gates on the field can generate a spiral of heat which moves at Blinding Light speed and deals SS-rank damage to opponents. Because the heat generated is in the invisible light spectrum this technique is not visible by the naked eye which makes it potentially devastating to opponents not prepared against it.

Description: This technique is made possible by bonding a Rain Gate to a Heat Gate causing the rapid moving precipitation of the Rain Gate to be heated by the heat generated by the Heat gate to produce an beam of super heated precipitation which deals damage and can consume chakra from techniques completely dependent on the last object to move through any of the composite gates as well as any Venus gate. This means if a heat based S-rank chakra based technique passed through a Rain,Heat or Venus Gate, any of the Venus gates on the field can generate a beam of super heated precipitation which deals S-rank damage and can absorb a C-rank amount chakra from chakra based techniques. Because of the added effect of the precipitation this technique can be used to completely turn around battles albeit the chakra stolen from the techniques only being able to be used to create more Venus gates at the cost of a C-rank amount of chakra.

Description: This technique is made possible by bonding a Heat Gate to a Geomagnetic Gate causing the heat generated by the Heat gate to be absorbed into the geomagnetic forces of the Geomagnetic Gate to produce an barrier of thermomagnetic force which forms a defense and is able to reflect techniques completely dependent on the last object to move through any of the composite gates as well as any Mars gate. This means if a S-rank physical object passed through a Heat,Geomagnetic or Mars Gate, any of the Mars gates on the field can generate a barrier of thermomagnetism which can block up to a S-rank chakra based technique and can reflect S-rank and below physical objects back at opponents. This defensive capability makes it a durable shield and good assist in battle which is made even more useful by Devin's imaginative ways of using techniques.

Description:A frightening technique which allows a Soulless to instantly teleport to a specific point ONCE (once if genin or chunin,twice if jounin,thrice if Sannin or Kage) per day. The user begins to fade away and then dissapears,reappearing any place they want as long as they can see it meaning they can't teleport to anywhere they can not see physically with their eyes.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

Description: The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species.The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be.

Description: This technique is one of the few granted by the Uzugan which does not include Heat Storms. It was created by the originator of the Uzugan Devin Uchi as the task of Micromanaging each of her gates along a pathway is extremely tasking on the brain so she created a separate personality which was stationed inside her mind which primarily controlled each of the clouds generated by the user as well as Devin's Gates. Of course the user can regain control of a cloud/gate at will in order to adapt to various situations in battle but he/she is not primarily concerned with them. This personality shares vision with each of the user's doppelgangers allowing it to view each doppelgangers field of vision separately allowing them a highly complex sensing network which combined with the Uzugan's chakra seeing ability makes sneaking up on the user using concealing techniques nigh impossible. The Amount of clouds/gates the personality can control at once is equivalent to the amount of clouds the user can form and control with his/her Storm Release: Cloud ability.

Description: This technique was created simply because the originator of the Uzugan knew that not all of her descendants would be of Soulless background and she didn't want numerous functions of the Uzugan to become useless. This unique clone is very resilient and uses the chakra pool of the user as its sustenance to fuel techniques used by it. In addition each clone possesses the Uzugan allowing them to fill in the places of Doppelgangers albeit not having the elemental versatility of their predecessors. They do however have a much higher sensing ability and each one can track and locate something of D-rank speeds. The more of them in use the more potent the sensing ability becomes capping out at being able to track and locate speeds up to Echoing Flash when the max total of 7 are on the field at once. Maelstrom clones can be formed from any type of cloud and upon being destroyed (by an attack higher than the rank of the cloud used to form them) they explode dealing damage equal to the cloud used to form them. This unique method of forming makes them extremely durable in later ranks as an Arashi Clan members clouds rank with them in strength with a sannin level user having Maelstrom Clones which would only be destroyed by damage higher than an S-rank.
Name: Maelstrom Infect Classification: Kinjutsu/Genjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: This is a forbidden technique which targets fellow dojutsu users at the price of causing the user's eyes to start crying tears of blood. Since the Uzugan was created from the hybridization of dojutsu one can project the Uzugan directly onto others by means of eye contact "infecting" their dojutsu with the rapid gene mutation that formed it. Once infected the Uzugan that the opponent receives shuts down immediately causing blindness via a powerful B-rank genjutsu which can only be broken out of by injuring the user of this technique to break their focus or if the opponent is of a high enough rank to break out of B-rank genjutsu with ease. Once the genjutsu is broken the opponent will be able to use the Uzugan albeit on a limited scale in addition to their original dojutsu eye techniques. However the user's personality will be able to see out of their opponents eyes allowing it to easily scope out the opponents blind spots as well as trigger more powerful techniques. This technique is forbidden because with repeated use the user's eye will go permanently blind. Each rank has a specific limit to the amount of times in the user's lifetime this can be used before the next use renders the eyes blind: At Academy Student rank this technique can be used once in the user's lifetime. At Genin rank this technique can be used twice in the user's lifetime. At Chunin/Tobetsu Jonin rank this technique can be used three times in the user's life. At Jonin/Hunter Nin rank this technique can be used four times in the user's life. At Sannin/Medical Nin/Kage rank this technique can be used five times in the user's life.
