Name:Shinto Clan
Base City:Konoha
History:The Shinto Clan is a clan within Konoha no Shi characterized by their use of insects as weapons. The insects live in symbiosis within the body of the shinobi. At birth, members of this clan are offered to a special breed of insects called kikaichū as a nest, residing just under their host's skin. The clan members may also carry additional bugs in jars or gourds with them on missions. The insects can leave and enter their host's body through various pores. They feed on chakra as a food source, making them quite deadly. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the bugs shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive of tens of thousands of these bugs, and in return the bugs do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion.
DNA Sect: Not Really a DNA Sect but Their are different bugs that can be used some rarer than others.
The Types of bugs including their rareness will be listed as follows
Kikaichū *Very Common*
These are a species of small, beetle-like insects that live inside the body of a Shinto clan member and feed off of chakra. The female bugs can be left on a target and then they can be tracked by smell, or scout bugs can be sent out and return to tell the host information about the area making these bugs experts in tracking and espionage.About 50 percent of Shinto clan members have these insects living in their body from birth.
Ninhachi *Common*
These are a species of small bee-like insects that live inside the body of a Shinto Clan member and the larva feed off of chakra just like Kikaichu. However they posses an additional ability in that outside of the Shinto clan members body they have the ability to grow into much larger sizes and are used primarily for their offensive capabilities.About 48 percent of the Shinto Clan members have these insects living in their body from birth.
Shisupaidā *Rare*
These are a species of small winged spider-like insects that live inside the body of a Shinto Clan member and feed off of chakra just like Kikaichu However while in the body of the host they feed on Ninhachi until their are none left. Because of that the Shinto clan member will not be able to use techniques that require Kikaichu once these insects nest inside their bodies. They share all of the Kikaichu's abilities as well as a unique additional ability of creating extremely sticky webs that can be launched at opponents trapping them in place. About a 10 percent of the Shinto clan members have these insects living in their body due to the fact they are introduced into the Shinto's body when they become Chunin however if they originally had Ninhachi in their body the Ninhachi are all killed by the Shishupaida.
Jasasori *Very Rare*
These are a species of extremely small, winged scorpion-like insects.About o.1 percent pf Shinto clan members have these insects living in their body from birth and they are the rarest insects of the Shinto currently only 1 member Vendetta possessing them. They also feed on chakra like the others however they possess the abilities of the Kikaichu as well as as gender dimorphism. The Male possess the ability to shoot acid at opponents while the females possess an ability which destroys their enemies' cells once they come in contact with them, causing excruciating pain in the process. Unlike the Male Jasasori, which are able to act independently of the user, thefemales can only be transferred on to a victim's body by direct physical contact, though only a mere touch from the user's skin is required as the bugs can circumvent most forms of clothing
