Description:
When the jutsu is activated, the users body is completely covered in
water from water any source even the air and the users physical
appearance can't be seen, just a water body. When inside the cloak, the
user and manipulate it at will, whether changing the shape and size of a
body part, or even extending that body part for a long range attack.
This cloak takes the appearance of water but is as hard as the toughest
metal. The user cannot use any of his/her other jutsu's while in this
form.

Appearance: Minus the brain showing and with red eyes.

Description:When using this jutsu the user uses any amount of surrounding water and forms a wall of water in front of him/herself.
