Personality:Kai is very energetic and has a natural curiosity. He usually get pumped up when he's in battle and prefers to fight people that he know he will lose to. Even though he's not over weight he likes to eat. All in all he's a fun guy to be around. History:Kai had lived in the Leaf village since he was at the age of seven, his family consisted of him, his older brother, his mom and his dad. His family had lived in the Mist for many year, but he only spent his beginning years there. In the middle of the year there was an invasion on the Miist which forced Kai to leave the village. He evacuated the Leaf village with his brother and started a life in the land of Water. Their parents died in the invasion so there was no point in them going back to the mist, and the resided in the Leaf village. For the past ten years, Kai lived in the Leaf village with his brother and sister in-law, training to become a ninja.

Description:While the user is in his fighting stance, wind starts to form around him. The wind spirals and starts to constrict his fist and forearm tightly. When the user makes contact with anything/anyone, the wind releases itself from the users arm/fist and starts to spiral onto the hit target, making the opponent fly back or engrave a strong spiral mark on their body. If this justu isnt used correctly, the arm that the jutsu is used on becomes paralyzed or broken temporarily.
