Personality: Kyo has a laid back attitude. He doesn't fight unless there's a reason for it because he thinks fighting leads to wars, and he doesn't want to repeat what happened to him long ago. He is also stubborn like when he knows he wont be able to win a fight, he will keep going and train harder for the next time he faces an opponent.


History:

Genin Arc
Kyo was born in the spirit world with no parents. He was found by fox demons. His sensei was Tsume, one of the fox demons that took him in and trained him in spirit techniques and how to learn to control chakra and to bring out his insane strength. Her brother, Amaterasu, is Kyo's nine tailed fox that was born at the same time he was; they are like brothers. At age 7, he started at the academy to become social with other spirit nin since he was always training with Tsume and Amaterasu. When he graduated, Tsume gave him the last name Mitsurugi (Kyo never had a last name) and gave him a long dark blade (It was his since he was born) that was given to her by someone. It is said that it holds a very dark power that would corrupt the strongest ninjas, and it can only be held by him.

Anbu Arc (Elite)
At the age of 14, Kyo became a jonin (Master in the spirit world) and leader of the Elite (spirit ANBU) and went on missions that he never thought was even possible, but that didn't stop him from completing it. Until a year later, he and his team had to retrieve an artifact from the kage of the land of twilight (im not talking about the movie lol) with no restrictions. The artifact was a template that contained the power to eradicate everything in existance and it was heavily guarded by the twilight's kage and elite ninjas. As Kyo and his team battled their way to the room where the artifact is, traps were sprung, ninjas were coming out of holes trying to ambush them. When they got to the kage's room, Kyo felt something inside him like it wanted to be unleashed. The twilight ninjas came in the room and Kyo's team battled them while he and the kage fought on the roof. As he and the kage fought, the thing that he felt inside of him started giving off a dark aura around Kyo that made the kage back away from him. He then became a different person in the kage's eyes; his eyes became blood red and the dark aura around Kyo formed into a wolf beast. Kyo grabbed the kage's head "stay still" he stuns the kage by hitting him in a vital spot and does the handseals and puts his hand in front of the kage's face "banshou" He blasted him from the inside and laughed. Meanwhile, Kyo's team took out the ninjas and retrieved the artifact, then heard someone laughing. To their surprise, it was their leader that was laughing hysterically. "Kyo!" They yelled as he was laughing and he turned his head back to them "Look guys, he went boom" One of his teammates came over to him and tried to turn him back to normal by getting him to remember who he is. After awhile, he came to and they left the land of twilight. The next day, Kyo had no memory of what happened after the dark power consumed him, but from what Tsume told him, he has the dark beast inside of him. He left the spirit world hoping to find some answers from the outside world to unravel the mystery of the dark beast. Even though he is out of the spirit world, he still goes by the rules of going outside of the spirit world (Restricting his power with his spirit chains so that he won't destroy anything)

Years Later, Amaterasu left Kyo's body making a life of his own back in the spirit world. Although Kyo didn't have Amaterasu with him, he did have some of the demon fox chakra that Amaterasu left him as a gift. Kyo has a wife named Raine, and a 2 yr old daughter named Kikyo
